How it works

Paracetamol is a painkiller and reduces your temperature when you have a fever, Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride unblocks your nose and sinuses helping you to breathe more easily. Mepyramine and pheniramine are antihistamines providing relief from allergic rhinitis , cold , runny nose and sneezing.

Side Effects

Drowsiness , dizziness , dry mouth , Nausea , diarrhoea , abdominal pain , flatulence & headache. Allergic reactions in case of Hypersensitivity to the drug or its components.

Drug Interactions

Anticoagulants e.g. warfarin , medicines for high blood pressure; medicines which make you drowsy; medicines for anxiety or depression or to help you sleep.

Indication

Provides relief from cold, flu, cough, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion & sinus congestion.

When not to Use

Avoid taking with other drugs containing paracetamol or antihistamines or drugs inducing sedative effects.
